Amazing experience , was greeted by the team who are so nice . My daughter was called in less than 10 mins was evaluated and given treatment plan on the spot . I love they take our insurance and willing to work on a payment plans if needed . She will start her treament next week and i cant wait to see my daughter confidence boost to smile without feeling concious of her teeth.

The lady doctor is very very rude , I couldn’t attend to my appointment for about 6 months because of a very sick relative I had to attend to. I told them I was very sorry, my life changed from one day to another and it was my fault but if we could restart the treatment, the office agreed that I would be a new patient and start over. I didn’t mind paying for a whole new treatment. I came in they had me do all the scans the doctor didn’t even look at me and said they wouldn’t see me anymore, and it would be 850$ to take off my attachments. Her attitude was the so bad very unprofessional.

I really don’t know what the point of the new scans and everything was for. Everyone else was great but the doctor lacks empathy. I ended up going some where else and they understood and were continuing my treatment.

Hands down the best orthodontist office one could ask for! the staff are super helpful and friendly, not to mention the waiting time is very minimal. my nephew was in and out in under 30 min, which is very quick and efficient! Also, the ambiance and atmosphere is very chill and welcoming.
