There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this office is. Everyone here is great! Especially Jose Luis and Yuriy. They are exceptional at what they do! They have helped me and my mom for years! I drive over an hour to come here and I will continue to do so! They are professional, kind, understanding, gentle and friendly. They help you and help you know your options.

Im never in pain or scared when I come here. They make coming to the dentist a joy! Truly wonderful people and place. 10 gold stars!

They refused to provide me care but tried to get me to accept a bill for around $1k, they humiliated me during the evaluation process, they lied about my insurance, and they continue to send me mail despite me repeatedly asking them in writing to stop.

In the last few months, they have called me to reschedule my regular 6 month appointment 3 times. No explanation provided as to why the continued scheduling changes are happening. Do not recommend using this dental practice if you like to keep your appointments.

The worst experience I've ever had. The fillings they put in my son’s teeth came out a month later. It's impossible to call them or get an appointment. Either the computer is down, or they promise to call back. But no one ever calls back.

I went to another clinic, but since it hasn't been a year since the first time my son has fillings done at Smile Bright , the insurance doesn't cover the same teeth. I was told that I had to go back to bright smile . When I finally managed to get an appointment, they said that more than 6 months had passed and they would not do it for free. Only full payment. Also today I asked them to fill out a school examination form.

They said that this is not such an examination and will only fill in the date when they put the fillings in(8 month back) So I never understood what they did today. The child opened his mouth for 1 minute, the doctor looked at it, and charged the insurance money. But she still did not enter this information about the examination in the school application They also wanted me to sign a form for X-ray. Of course, I refused, because what's the point if I'm not going to get another filling there. This clinic is cheating patients and insurance! Not recommended!!!!
