Found this office on a google search and loved all the great reviews, so I made an appointment easily, with no issues. Today was my appointment and I must say I had such an amazing experience. Front desk felt like we had been friends since forever and the assistant and Dr Lee made me feel comfortable and safe the whole time.

The office was clean and they have good parking right in front of the building.

I have been hesitant to go due to prior other dentist experiences but upon my arrival I was greeted by Barb and it felt like I knew her for my than 5 years rather than 5 minutes by our conversation. Then Debbie the assistant made me very comfortable once I was brought into the room and Dr.

Elliott tended to my needs and was also very accommodating and sincere to my concerns. I highly recommend visiting Bright Bite Dental in Des Plaines.

I have been going to Mark's office for over 20 years. I have always been pleased with the quality of work and how Barb, the office manager, and Dr. Levy have gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and my dental needs. This past week the entire office, Dr.

Levy, Barb, and Debbie did everything they could and more to schedule me for a root canal with a rush on a crown. They never take patients for granted or the pain that a dental emergency causes. I am so grateful to be free of pain following my procedures. Thank you from the bottom of my molars!
