I used to love this location. But after last visit, I see the scams they pull. For a while I had Medicaid for my kids.

They would never do procedures that Medicaid didn’t cover because of course someone who is on Medicaid can’t afford it, right ? lol. My first visit, with now private insurance, with 3 kids, they decide to do a panoramic xray on one of my kids and just assume I can pay for it before discussing it with the client first. The problem isn’t the $$, I can afford the messily $68, the problem is medical offices who take advantage of the insurance and clients.

Why is a panoramic xray necessary ? To find a tiny cavity on a BABY TOOTH! I was okay with filling a baby tooth, literally money down the drain, but its a cavity and I wanted my kid get to experience the sucky part of have to deal with a filling. But I come in the appointment for the filling and they then tell me “hey we did an unnecessary pretty xray last visit and your insurance didn’t cover it, you owe blah blah blah, oh but we did the regular xray on your other kid so that was cover. Your welcome” Scam!

It was nice meeting Dr. Lopez, she did my son's Ortho consult and my daughter 's. She is very nice,acknowledgeable and straight forward . Her assistant Stacy was wonderful,sweet and very informative about the treatment plan. They answered all my questions without histation. I can't wait for my son Isaiah to start his Ortho work up. My son had his first appointment yesterday, Valentine’s Day. I was so nervous because he is 2, everyone was so awesome and friendly! The 2 male doctors that dealt with my son was really great and I am happy to say I have found a permanent dentist for my kids. They were calm and gentle with him and explained everything to him and me.

My son did great, even held his mouth open for them the whole time. Thank you guys so much!
