He's been taking care of everyone's teeth in my family for 20+ years. My dad even comes back from Florida because he knows Dr. Heater will do a good a job. Staff is always friendly and thorough with cleanings.

Dr. Heater is one of the finest Dentist I have every been too. He has treated my whole family. To find someone as professional as him and his staff is very hard to find these days. I can't say enough kind words.

My husband called this morning to make an appointment for a second opinion. The receptionist (?) was extremely rude, almost openly hostile. She told my husband that my husband that he had to pay everything in full up front; it was out responsibility to forward our invoice to insurance for possible reimbursement. She also asked my husband if he had copies of his latest x-rays. When he explained that he didn't, she told him to go get the x-rays from the other dentist and bring it to Dr.
Heater's office before making the appointment, that "We don't speak with other dentists" and the x-rays were his responsibility. The entire exchange was so nasty that he decided that he wants nothing to do with Dr. Heater's office.
