The overall impression is pretty decent. I had to bring my daughter back the second time after we did a filling last week - she was in pain ever since and now we are trying to find out what is bothering her. The dentist is very attentive and appears to be knowledgeable and compassionate.

We will be back probably the third time soon if the pain doesn't go away. The hygienist and a female dentist both were a bit rude, but the receptionist is very nice.

I had a terrible experience at this dentist office. A few months ago, during my mother's root canal procedure, a dentist named Daniel broke a piece of the blade in her gum and couldn't remove it. We were then sent to a specialist to fix it. After that was resolved, the specialist sent us back to this office to make the crown. Last Thursday, I specifically requested an appointment with Dr. Drutsko to continue the treatment. Christine, the receptionist, confirmed we would see Dr. Drutsko.

However, when we arrived, a staff member told us that Dr. Drutsko was too busy and unavailable. They even tried to claim that we had requested a different doctor when booking the appointment. As a result, we left without receiving any treatment. Overall, this office is extremely unprofessional. They mishandled procedures, failed to honor our requests, and lacked communication and respect for their patients. I strongly advise against trusting them with any dental care.

I had excellent experience by visiting Brunswick Dental Group. The office is cleaned and well equipped, very relaxing and professional environment. The doctor Sergey Drutsko and all their team treats the clients with love, compassion and understanding. I’m highly recommend to visit Brunswick Dental Group.

One of the worst experiences I have had at a dentist. DO NOT GO HERE. Doctor made me come to an appointment to only do an xray then leave, didn’t tell me that she found cavities and just old me to schedule another appointment.

I cam in the second time and they started working on my teeth without telling me what they are doing, turns out she filled 4 CAVITY fillings! Gave me the biggest amount of Anesthesia to the point where my mouth felt like 500 lbs & started drilling away. After she was done, she left and said have a nice day with no hesitation, literally left the room! No through explanation or next steps. I haven’t seen a dentist in over 2 years and instead of doing cleaning, you just start with 4 fillings? At least let the patient know beforehand! And to add insult to injury, I was forced to pay $210 for a procedure I didn’t even know was happening.

I couldn’t talk the whole day and had to cancel meetings with prospective clients for my business. The worst part is the chinese doctor could barley speak English! Horrible, horrible place & rude staff. Save your teeth and money and stay away from these people!
