I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life. I went in yesterday for a sore throat exam only to find that they somehow lost my scheduled apt. . by the time I got in, I couldn’t even be seen because I had to go to work. I moved my apt to the next day and I went in feeling much worse.

Most of the nurses were very kind to me until I would not fill out a survey regarding my mental health - let’s be clear I came in for a sore throat. A lady walked in not introducing herself but demanding that I fill out the survey or “she didn’t want to see me”. She was manipulative and rude and refused to give me answers if I didn’t do a mental health assessment. Between yesterday and today I have waisted over three hours of my life only to be left with no answers. Go to a real doctor!

Went there sick dr wouldn't listen to me.She was very concerned I didn't have covid vaccine. I explained I preferred building up my natural immunity. She insisted I get it ,refused a 2nd time.Nurse came in a few minutes later Dr. Stated I needed a covid shot.I backed away and said I refused twice. Nurse respected my refusal. This DR. Should not even be allowed to practice medicine.

God bless this place and the people who work here. I have struggled with serious mental health problems my entire life, and Abbey and Amanda are the only people I trust in getting treatment. Over the past year that I've been seeing them, they've been nothing but patient, understanding, and compassionate. I feel like they actually care about me as a person and want me to succeed, and that's very rare.

The receptionists and nurses are all great as well. I have no insurance and no money, yet they've always done everything they can to get me treatment with as little cost as possible. I love this place so much that even after I moved an hour away, I still make the drive because I don't see myself getting this kind of respect anywhere else. Give every member of the staff a raise!!
