Beyond grateful for this place and the caring Dentists and stuff that work here. We have now been to two locations are very impressed with both! (We traveled for a specialty). Seriously this dentist cares to make this a great experience for you and your kids, you’re in such great hands here. Everyone who worked with my daughter was so patient.

She even felt comfortable enough to sit in chair by herself (that’s huge!) and the girl allowed her to feel and get adjusted to each tool she would be using for cleaning. Such a great way to make her feel comfortable and making her have fun with it. Thank you for caring. You are truly doing great work!

I can’t rave enough about this kids dental office! I took 3 of my littles here and they needed quite a bit of work done. This made my kids and I super nervous. The office handled it so well, from booking appointments and working with our schedule to the dentist making my kids feel comfortable, it went as smooth as possible. The Front desk is great and responsive.

Dr Danny is amazing! He is very good with children and works fast and efficiently. I cannot thank him enough. I definitely have recommended this place to my loved ones.

Horrible dentist… first time coming in, they made us wait for two hours past our appointment time, xray machines was down, then they didn’t have a room for my son. . then my son needed a filling. . my child is 3. . they proceeded to give my child a filling with no laugh gas, but instead rather use a straight jacket. . now my son is irationally scared of the dentist. Within a week that filling fell out. . they told me come back for an emergency filling. .

again of course my son was scared due to our last visit. . I advocated that my son need some type of gas to calm him down, even half asleep, my son was still scared and screaming, so he was straight jacketed again, in the end of a nearly 2 hour appointment, the dentist failed putting in my child’s filling, meanwhile saying rude remarks the whole time. . how she “can’t work under these conditions” and “he’s not really allowing me to do anything now is he” she then said he needs a break and we’ll try again, she leaves the room, and has her desk lady come in and tell me we have to leave and South Gate will try. . she told me to drive a hour away! she is not good with kids in any sense. . any one who knows 3 year olds. . knows they should be initially given gas before any dental work, to calm their nerves. Now I have a child who will forever be afraid of the dentist, and has a massive hole in his front teeth. I’m disgusted at the lack of professionalism displayed by this dentist office.

The cavity was so small I’d have been better off leaving my kids mouth alone until the teeth fell out. . now he has a hole in his two front teeth big enough for a straw to slide through. (Edit to response; let’s get one thing clear, I never threatened anyone, and I told you my kid would not be returning to that place. You did not drop me. I only said I’ll be taking this to social media which I will. And made a “professional decision” one lady told me to drive a hour away to South Gate, he would be sedated, so I was willing to do that, then another lady at the desk tells me that they won’t do sedation same day, but will only do the same thing you’ve done, and it takes months to get in, lots of signatures and paper work. So in the end he would have went through more trauma for them to do nothing other than what you guys have done. . why would I drive a hour for that? I was sitting on the floor of my child’s provided room crying when a desk worker came up to me and said word for word “MY BOSS WANTED me to tell you she can’t work on your son anymore, you have to go to south gate” she couldn’t even come tell me to my face that my child had to leave with the hole she drilled. I never threatened anyone. After that unprofessionalism I told you I wouldnot be returning! So no one was “dropped” from your practice and no one threatened anyone, all I did was state exactly what the doctor did , and how unprofessional it was, your worried about your other patients hearing about our horrible experience, but your not worried about providing the horrible experience.

Not organized at all. Had an appointment scheduled for my special needs son annual tooth cleaning, had an employee call me and inform me that it was too early and his insurance wouldn’t cover it. Totally fine and was appreciated for the call. The next day (which my sons appointment was scheduled) office called me asking why I missed my sons appointment. When I informed them that an employee had contacted me and told me it was too early for insurance purposes. So I scheduled a cleaning when it can be covered.

Fast forward to today’s appointment. Get a call to come in early at 10:40 am due to having an earlier spot available. Arrive at the office even earlier 10:15 am to be seen. Was told by front staff thank you so much for coming in early. We waited until 11:40pm to be seen for a cleaning. Well after the original scheduled appointment which was for 11:20 am.

So not only did we show up early, because we were asked to come in. Still ended up waiting after the original scheduled appointment! It’s absolutely ridiculous. No communication what so ever through this company. Extremely disappointed! Immediately scheduled a new patient appointment at a totally different office and scheduled a transfer of care. Because I’m my child’s voice. Never again !
