Today was our first visit here (Southgate Location) with my daughter for some dental work that our family dentist was not able to preform do to her young age. From the second we walked in the door the staff was super pleasant and welcoming. The office is definitely kid friendly, everything is geared to make them feel comfortable. My daughter normally gets very anxious at the dentist and she did amazing, no tears at all.

They made such a great impression on us that we decided to change my daughter and son to them as their primary dentist for their future cleanings and dental needs. If your kiddos need a dentist, or have fever of their current dentist, I would 100% recommend coming here.

My child (4 years old) had crowns put in his mouth and we were given no care instructions for after. I was simply told to let him go home and eat since he hadn’t eaten breakfast. He had a fruit snack that day and both crowns fell out. My husband was already an hour away at work and I had no vehicle. After getting a ride from a family member the woman at the front desk was so rude and strongly implied it was my fault and I should have had the knowledge to not let him eat certain things.

I am obviously not the one working in a dentist office and clearly don’t have much Knowledge of the subject. They are very lucky I don’t have access to a lawyer. proper medical guides should be given when doing any type of medical/ dental procedure especially when it’s on children. I really wish I would’ve gotten the name of the woman working the front desk at the time. everyone else was very nice and understanding and put them back in and I was very sorry that I didn’t know better in the first place.

Horrifying experience for me and my child. I am not going to list my child’s full name publicly Nor would I ever make a false review about such a serious matter. What a joke.

I can’t explain how amazing everyone in this office is. From walking in the door, to X-rays and then to dental work they did phenomenal with my son! They listened to any concerns and questions he had.

They explained step by step of what needed to be done and immediately got to work! When time came to pull his tooth, he started hyperventilating afterwards they were quick to hold him, rub his back, reassured him that everything was okay and calmed him down very quickly. The amount of compassion and love I’ve seen from this dental office’s staff is nothing like I’ve seen before at any other children’s dentist! I would recommend Bubble Gum in Southgate to anyone with children!
