I really like Dr Bulfa. He does excellent cosmetic work. I had a couple resin veneers done a year a half ago, and was coming back to get a few more. Made an appointment in May. Went in and the estimate that I was giving prior on my first visit was no good.

They raised it almost 150 a tooth. I was a little upset seeing I have no dental insurance and have to pay cash and have a very low income. Was told to come back June 6 to get the veneers done. So I was able to scrounge up $900 dollars for the visit. Did not receive a call verifying my appt.

Thought that was strange! So I brought my appt. card with me because I had a gut feeling something was up! It was! Didn't have me in the computer she says. Mind you this woman is rude all the time! Tells me to come back in 3 weeks! Sorry, not waiting any longer for her mistakes!! I have other friends that stop going there because of her also. Had a great experience with the dentist and his work, but she really can make your visits uncomfortable by being loud, bossy and rude! Not to mention my fist visit she kept hitting my bad tooth with the suction and told her to stop it, she replied, "Get it pulled out then!" Sorry Dr Chris, but I'm paying cash and I will not be pushed to the side because of Jody's incompetence!!

Due to poor teeth, I've been to a lot of dentists in my 63yrs of life and have to say Dr. DeGrazia and all of the staff is absolutely the best I have been to in my life! So kind and courteous, and they really make you feel like a friend. And, genuinely care about you, your experience and your health.

Again, I absolutely love this place and will remain a client for life! I just can't say enough good about all of them and their services.

This office charges high rates, makes you pay large deposits upfront, has more than once messed up an appointment date, and refuses to refund for work that was clearly done incorrectly. A permanent crown that this office placed popped off after only SIX months. I asked a different dentist to replace it, and they said that they could not because it did not fit my tooth correctly. I was sent back to Bulfa to replace the crown. He did, but the new crown immediately caused swelling, pain, and extreme sensitivity to cold.

This time, I requested a refund so I could have my new dentist replace it with a crown that I know fits my tooth. Bulfa refused multiple times to refund anything. I allowed the other dentist in this practice to see if she could fix the problem, and she found that the crown was chipped. She placed a filling over the chipped portion and recommended that I see a specialist about a root canal. This is about eight months after the initial incorrect crown was placed in my mouth, and no root canal needed or mentioned before this crown.

I have been in constant pain since, and now I have to pay out of pocket to see a specialist to make sure this dentist did not permanently damage my tooth and gums. Do yourself a favor and don't go here for anything more serious than your regular cleaning.
