I have been trying to schedule a cleaning for weeks (since Feb. 4th) since they cancelled my last appt due to the hygienist not being available. I have left several messages and even emailed them.

At this point, I'm starting to think they don't want my business or maybe it's because they know they screwed up my crown and should have done a root canal because I now have a tooth that I can't use to eat with because it's way too painful?? BTW my tooth DID NOT HURT PRIOR TO GETTING THE CROWN. It was simply cracked, so I went there to see what could be done about my cracked tooth and they suggested a crown!

Bunn dentistry is unmatched! I hate going to the dentist. I have work that needs to be done and I knew NEEDED TO BE DONE but I put it off because I hate the dentist.

I called and got an emergency appointment yesterday and they squeezed me in right then because they could hear how bad I was hurting on the phone! The staff is the most empathic and sympathetic people I've ever collectively met in one office!♡ they treat you the way they would treat their own family! How they would like to be treated! They tried to numb and sedate me well enough to pull it but it hurt WAY TOO BAD so the dentist said he wasn't comfortable doing it until I got antibiotics in me for a couple- few days. So what did they do? Squeezed me back in Friday(3 days time)! I have a few places in my mouth that need to be touched on and fixed after this molar is out.

I PROMISE YOU THE ONLY WAY I WILL DO IT IS IF BUNN DENTISTRY DOES IT! They're bed side manor as unmatched, their ethics unwavering, their character unflawed, and the Dentist remarkable in all the ways! Thank you for being yall♡

If you literally have NOTHING else to do but sit in the office and listen to the front desk drama and deal with attitude from the check in lady, by all means. . . go. Every time its a drug out experience and takes hours upon hours. I like to make my appointments for early in the morning so it can be done and the rest of the day can be available for whatever else I need to get done. It never happens that way here, an 8:30 appointment should not encroach into noon.

What really did it in for me today was being berated for not answering the phone the prior day immediately upon walking in, to confirm an appointment that was made literally 6 months ago. I'm a 35 year old woman, there is NO reason for you to speak to me that way. In addition, the calls came in at 4:50pm, and I called back at 5:01 to listen to a recording saying it was after business hours. 11 mins. . . .

I returned the call you're berating me about in 11 mins. . . . I've used this dentist since we moved in the area, but I won't be back. I'll drive to Wake Forest instead.

How wonderful it has been since switching to Bunn Family Dentistry! Dr. Simpson is highly skilled, extremely kind and has a wicked good sense of humor. His staff members are an absolute delight, as well. It feels like going to visit with friends instead of the typically dreaded hands-in-one’s mouth experience.

While scheduling processes are being worked on there may be short wait times before being seen; however, I believe it’s worth the wait. I also have confidence that wait times will be a thing of the past in short order. Go check them out!
