I began with Dr. Leland in 2017 after honestly not taking good care of my teeth. His staff was caring and courteous and took good care of me to where I am almost back to “normal”. Since then my wife and daughters have started using his practice as well for our dental needs. I trust Dr. Leland and his staff.

The Doctor (Zach) and his assistant (Jenny), as well as all other staff members that we encountered were all very friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring type of people. X-rays on a 3 yr old little girl isn’t an easy task, but they made it a pleasant experience! Thanks so much!!

I must say I am floored with the experience I received at Bur-Oak Dental! The dentist has been a place of heightened anxiety for me for man years. It is a last resort for tooth pain because the process is unbearable to me. I had my first experience at Bur-Oak today and was greeted by a very considerate and high spirited staff. Once in the back room I could see the anxiety begin to creep back in and mentioned something to one of the staff members. She began asking what difficulties I had and walked me through what the procedures would look like. After the X-rays I was greeted by Doctor Siefring.

He was very kind spoken and made me feel incredibly comfortable. He showed me the images of the x-ray to help understand and ease some of my nerves. As he and his staff began to work they did so very fluently and effectively. They communicated with me and received my feedback and made adjustments as needed. I could feel a decrease of my stress and worry to non existent. And finally the outcome.

Great work! I no longer feel the pain and discomfort I did moments before entering the building. Truly remarkable established. Would recommend to anyone who has had struggle with dentist in the past. 10/10

I was a bit worried when Dr. Leland sold his practice but I must say he made an excellent choice when he sold it to Dr. Siefring. Dr. Siefring is a great dentist - I've been to see him now several times and I have been pleased with his service each time.
