The dismissive behavior of the office manager Cynthia when I respectfully requested a waiver for the late fee was quite upsetting. Despite my proactive communication about my daughter's impending arrival just 13 minutes past the scheduled time, and explaining that my husband's occasional tardiness is due to being a stroke survivor, no understanding was shown. This lack of grace is particularly disheartening considering my family's 12-year patronage, during which time I have consistently been punctual.

The way this was handled has left me deeply disappointed, and I would hesitate to recommend this location to others. I felt genuinely discriminated against.

Dr. Harris is wonderful! My children have had a great experience. The staff is great and friendly. Colby, the Lab Tech, has been phenomenal working on options for my son who grinds his teeth. We really appreciate his thoughtfulness and dedication to helping my son!

A couple of weeks ago, my wife called in to set up an a consult appointment for her step daughter, my daughter. I work 4x10s M-Th, so my wife, who is a stay at home Mom makes calls for stuff like to this. She was given grief in an unprofessional way about not being a guardian, even though it plan was to always have me, a guardian, would be present. When we arrived at the appointed time, the reception greeted us and provided us with paperwork to get started. Some of the information seemed intrusive for a consult.

I wasn't feeling comfortable sharing some of the requested information for a consult. If we had chosen to use Burg Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics, yes I would provide the requested information We were asked if we had any questions, I asked about the need to sign a financial agreement, they could not give me a good reason why it was needed other than that is what the Home Office required for their policies. I responded it was my policy to not sign financial agreement information before making any agreement to service and I would gladly sign the financial agreement. if an agreement to service was made. I would sign that as part of the signing of all contracts related to entering into a service agreement.

I was informed, as we were standing to leave, that they also reserve the right to not serve anyone of their choosing. Which would have been understandable if we were not already in the way out the door. I would demand stars back, if that was possible to do in a review. 1 Star is too good for the way we were treated.

I had a wonderful experience with my orthodontist and their team. They are truly good people who make you feel comfortable and valued. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to answer questions and provide support. I appreciate their professionalism and the positive atmosphere in the office. Thank you for making my orthodontic journey a pleasant one
