This was my first time using a dentist in Georgia since moving from New York so I was very nervous. My teeth are my pride and joy. My first impression walking thru the door was that the place had a comfortable atmosphere. The receptionist greets you as soon as you come in. They had a cool fish tank installed in the wall of the waiting area. Coffee and complimentary water bottles were also available. I was nervous about the cost of a tooth extraction because I had no insurance due to me just moving.

Fortunately I had a CareCredit card which they accept. The front desk staff made sure I understood what I was paying for and how much it would cost. It was about $150 for x-rays and consultation on your issue. Afterwards you get brought into another office where you talk to someone about the cost to actually fix the problem. Don't feel pressured at this point to pay the possible high cost if you dont have it. Anyway, I was fortunate enough to only have to pay an additional $350 which I believe was fair. It does suck to pay a half of grand to extract one tooth but your health can really go in a spiral if you leave bacterial type things in your body that can reach your bloodstream.

The minor surgery was fairly painless the Dentist and his assistant was very caring and had bright personalities. The music in the background was a good and soulful selection which helped. After the extraction no stitches was needed and I was on my way. The dentist even gave me his card with the office number and his personal cell phone number if any problems arised with the healing process. That was very nice of him as well. The staff really comes off to be a tight knit family and for the brief moment your there you'll feel like family too.

I absolutely LOVE the Burlin Dental group. The team is amazing and always accomdating & friendly from Tia when you walk into the office down to each dental assistant. Dr. Jackson is phenomenal and always a wealth of information. That's the reason I can trust them with my prized possession which is my smile. You will not be disappointed. 😁

I went to get dental care, I was there for over two hours, five person came after me and I was still there because they are waiting on my X-ray from a different dental group. When I ask the front desk person a question about the X-ray with a loud ton, I have no time, every one heard how she spoke to me.

I withdrew my self and my patient from their and ask for a refund since I pay and did not get the service.

Dr. JL Vinson and Medical Staff

🛑🛑🛑 ALERT and STOP TO READ !!!! Dr. Brandon Lynch is horrible as a dentist and professional person. He fabricates unconsciously! He lacks integrity, character, and professionalism. Dr. Lynch hides a lot of information from his patients and overcharges for estimates, and dental exams, he does not return telephone calls, he lies and he presents himself ONE WAY BUT HIS BEHAVIOR IS ACTUALLY A BEHAVIOR OF DECEPTION AND LIES. Dr.

Lynch lied and he attempted to deceive me with estimates and he grossly tried to overcharge me as a medical professional for my medical treatment plan. I certainly planned to challenge his business practices! HE WILL LIE RIGHT IN YOUR FACE, with his coworkers present and when he is asked direct questions, he will bail out in all phases! He will state communication in front of the office manager - Ms. Harris and Dr. Dunson the owner of Smile Source at our recent meeting but failed to follow up on several occasions! I AM CONFIDENT THAT Ms. Harris shared all of my communications with Dr. Lynch.

Dr. Lynch knew that he was caught doing wrong and chose to not see me as a patient and he did no callbacks because he was challenged professionally regarding his behaviors and business practices. BEWARE! Thank you. Dr. V
