I called to set up an appointment as a new patient (I just moved to the area) the woman that answered the phone was rude and entitled. Before I could say why I wanted to meet with the dentist. She started rattling off what a new patient Needs to do before anything else she said I needed to get X-rays and a cleaning and so on. I don’t mind getting all those things done but as a customer that is paying for a Dental service I don’t think I should be told what I need done before I can be a patient. I cracked my tooth I’m in pain I want to get into a dentist to fix what I as the paying customer needs.
Not have someone telling me a laundry list of work I need before you even know my dental history. I went elsewhere. I would never go to a Dental office that doesn’t listen to the needs of a paying customer and try to have a bunch of stipulations before being seen.

I had a great experience at this dentist office. First time going to the dentist in over 2 years and they were great with the onboarding of a new patient. Dr. Little did fantastic work! Definitely will recommend to others!

The staff there is very welcoming and are there to truly help out their patients. I have been there for cleanings and all the hygienists are nice and made the visit a breeze. I have seen both Dr. Burwinkel and Dr. Little and they were both informative and knowledgeable while working on my teeth. I would highly recommend anyone from young kids to elders to come here.

Garbage people with garbage attitudes ruined my teeth with multiple pointless root canals and visits for an abscess nothing ever worked then when they made my tooth so fragile it broke eating a French fry they proceeded to say we don't accept your insurance anymore since last year now I'm stuck trying to find a dentist to fix the tooth they ruined and no one is accepting new patients unless you wait 6 months to a year of your lucky took me 10 months to get into burwinkle why can't hillsboro have any decent dentist
