Very friendly, staff was very welcoming!! Called to see if we could come in early and very kids friendly!!! The staff listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions. They did an amazing job with working on my 7 and 3 year old children as well. My kids had a great visit and felt very comfortable meeting our new dentist and crew.

I highly recommend Dr. Butler and his team, they were fantastic!!

Went to them back in august for jaw pain. Asked that they not touch the cap on my front tooth. They said I needed a bite guard. Went back for one, they removed the cap in my front tooth instead, insisting that it needed to be replaced for the guard, and accidentally took a piece of the tooth with it. I told them they didn’t put enough filling in on the new cap and that my tooth was curving inward.

They said it was just swelling and to come back to get the bite guard next visit. Went back again, got the guard and said I was having constant pain in my front tooth now. They said it was common after replacing a cap and to come back in 3 weeks. I did, and instead of taking the time to add more filling to the convex tooth, they did a cleaning that was so painful and bloody I left half way through the cleaning. They told me that my front tooth was now possibly rotting due to the damage from removing the original cap and that I now need to go to a specialist to repair the damage.

Also, the top of the cap is coming off and I have an exposed nerve from the cap not being done right. Seriously, do not use these guys. I was too trusting and went one too many times expecting them to correct their mistakes. Now I’m in constant pain and trying to find a new dentist to repair the damage they caused. I had a wonderful experience at Butler Family Dentistry. The entire staff is friendly and professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. Doc Butler is genuinely caring and his positive disposition is a huge plus. Look forward to each visit!
