I would like to say I had a great experience there my hygienist was very cool I can't pronounce her name just go call her E she was very professional and the staff was great and Doctor Jeffrey was cool to . All I can say I made a great choice chosen Camp Creek Dental

This began as one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. My appointment was the 1st in the morning and I was able to witness the office staff prepare for the day with smiles a pep talk, light stretching and hype music. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. And despite my pain, I felt welcomed and cared for. An x-ray of my entire head was taken, I described my pain as radiating from my jaw across the side of my head to the nurse and explained various times in my life that I’d experienced the same pain, all associated with traumatic experiences.

The doctor comes in with a smile and positive energy explaining that he had heard about my issues and that I needed to schedule a dental cleaning and that in the X-ray he could see that I had a sinus infection. He he told me to work on losing weight and perscribed antibiotics for the sinus infection and pain relievers for the pain. So confused by what was happening, I asked if he saw signs of teeth grinding, and jaw misalignment and he said, “I didn’t check for that and went with the most obvious issues”. Wait, what!?! He said he didn’t check for that. A patient complains of jaw pain and you decide not to look at the X-ray of their whole head to check to see what the heck was going on with their jaw?!?! but instead discuss weightloss and sinus infection?!? Talk about the most gaslighting experience.

With a smile, pat on my back and jovial voice he invalidated my experience and told me to get some rest. I am clearly not sleeping well, which is the reason I came to see you. I only went their because my primary care physician told me to see this dentist because I likely was grinding my teeth in my sleep and thought a dentist could help. What a tone deaf experience.

AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHTFUL VISIT! Dr. Butts is as handsome as he is professional! His/the staff and Nicole extremely pleasant I wanted to hang out after my visit😂. It felt like meeting first time friends. I would HIGHLY recommend! The “FLY-EST” dental establishment I’ve ever visited! Thank u all for a winning experience!

My review of camp Creek dental is this I appreciate them speaking to me and clarifying everything that went on for my first visit though I wasn’t happy with experience and service. I love the fact that their customer service was very good over the phone and in person definitely will recommend Camp Creek dental sometimes it takes a little bit of carrying understanding to figure out what happened and we clear it up .

Not a bad place please check it out for yourself. Also, great atmosphere good music and pleasant people
