Signed my family up for Campbell & Rutherford to be our Dentist after recently moving to the area. I called ahead to ensure they took my insurance and was assured they did. But then after a regular checkup visit, I get a huge bill. Only then do they tell me that they accept the insurance, but still charge you for the difference, which was no small amount. I've never had to pay for a normal checkup before. I felt very DECEIVED by the office people.
They should have made it clear, UP FRONT, that there would still be a charge, even for a normal 6 month cleaning. Will be finding a new dentist now. As for the actual services, they were average. Hence why I at least gave them 2 stars instead of 1.
