We have needed Dr. Genutis's services twice so far and have another child scheduled for wisdom teeth removal in the near future. The office staff is friendly, welcoming, and reassuring and Dr. Genutis's calm manner won over my daughter who was very nervous about the procedures she needed.

His clear explanations and responses to patient's questions and concerns removed any worry. The procedures went well and recovery was without complications. Highly recommend!

Daughter has wisdom teeth out in Dec 2022. Office (Lisa) very difficult to deal with from the start. Would not call back with financial details and when she did had no info and I had to just deal with dental insurance and blue cross myself. Daughter had so many issues (surg took forever, horrible pain and swelling. These symptoms lasted weeks.

Had called them after 5 days concerned and they brushed it off. We then called after a week of not getting better and he finally would see her and cleaned out incision. Arrogantly rude staff and horrendous experience.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Scott Genutis and his staff. During my consultation he listened attentively and reassured me that I would be comfortable during the removal of two lower wisdom teeth. Prior to the consult I was terrified of the procedure, but after speaking with him, was totally reassured. During the extractions he ran into an unexpected issue but with his kindness, patience and guidance it turned out to be pain-free.

The staff at Campton Square, Oral Surgery was efficient and kind. Everything ran smoothly for appointments and callbacks. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them.

I had taken my daughter in 2017 to get her wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Genutis and his staff were very professional. They explained the procedure process very well. I would highly recommend this Oral Surgeon to everyone. I didn't think he was overpriced compared to some in the Fox valley area.
