Absolutely horrible experience my first time trying to check in at this clinic. First, you are required to fill out the new patient forms online before your first appointment. These forms must be done electronically. They do not have a way for you to fill out the new patient forms in the office (no computer/iPad, no paper copies, etc). They do not tell you all of this beforehand.

Also, the new patient forms require you to opt into marketing and advertising texts. You cannot progress to the next registration screen unless you agree to let them text you marketing and advertising information. I don't want them texting me, there is absolutely no reason they need to text me. They already send way too many emails. Also, there is very little seating in the "waiting area", which consists of the tiny bench pictured.

Yet, the actual hygienist and dentists are good. They were thorough and attentive Overall, if you can deal with the less than stellar "front service", the "back service" is fine.

This was a horrible experience. The front desk receptionist was very condescending and discriminatory. I immediately cancelled my appointment afterwards. I will never go back here had a terrible experience.

Very unprofessional. Called be the day before and asked me to move my appointment and I said okay. They later called me and said they had to reschedule because there was a scheduling conflict (for the time they asked me to move to!) I told them this and they said to still come in only for them to tell me they can’t service me! Waste of my time.
