We came in first time, and his secretary, Samantha, had told me before on the phone that it would be fine to come in without the insurance card since my mother's information was in the database. When we came in she told me that we need the actual card. We rescheduled the appointment in a month. One month later she did not call me back at least one day before the appointment to remind me about it, but rather called me 15 min before. Yes, it was partially my fault, but she needs to do her job. I talked to her on the phone and she rescheduled the appointment in a month again for March 22. I wrote it down in the notebook.
Today, on March 21, she called me at 8:45 am and told me the appointment was today. And again she did not call me a few days before like they normally do in normal dentistry clinics. I mean I do not know about the Dr. Phillips but his staff is sloppy and not professional. Such people should not work in dentistry and medical field overall.

Dr. Phillips and his staff have by far exceeded mine and my family's expectations as far as dentistry goes. I was lucky enough to stumble across his name when we moved to the area and by chance chose his office to go to after my fiance had not such great luck with Great Expressions in Wayne. From the moment I walked into the office, I knew that this would be a completely different experience. Everyone was so nice, welcoming and professional.
Unfortunately, I only got a visit or 2 in before Covid started and the office had to shut down for a while. When he re-opened they followed all the safety recommendations and I never felt as if I needed to worry while getting work done. We have been going now for a little over a year, and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Going to the dentist has ALWAYS been my biggest fear, I would have panic attacks on my way there and in the chair, so when my tooth started hurting like crazy i was freaking out to put it mildly, Dr. Phillips got me right in and he and his staff were so friendly and comforting, He is so down to earth and funny that I forgot all about the procedure I was having done, A root canal that was nothing, it wasn't bad at all thanks to Dr Phillips and his staff putting me at ease. I finally found a dentist I can go to and not have anxiety about any dental procedures I have been needing for so long.
I am actually looking forward to improving my smile, but I wont go anywhere else but here.

Today my grandson had an appointment for the first time with Dr. Phillips and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome, Dr. Phillips was patient, professional and very knowledgeable, the office setting was warm and inviting, the staff was very professional and friendly and made sure that I was reminded of my appointment, I would highly recommend this Dental Practice to anyone who is looking for a great Dentist.
May God continue to bless Dr. Phillips and his staff
