Doctor Khan is very kind and always has been with my daughter. This was my first time taking my son and she was able to keep him calm and do his teeth cleaning for him. He left with smiles and gifts from all the girls balloons and even stickers. They even sent one home for my daughter who was not having an appointment today. But it just shows how much they care. How gentle they are with new children and it has been such a pleasure to come here with my babies.

Thank you so much, Doctor Khan. You're always so kind and gentle with the children. The office is clean and she has a friendly team that carries her kindness. I recommend her for all pediatric dental needs.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. My wife and I had the most horrific experience at this office. She drove over an hour in the snow with our toddler for a 7:30 AM appointment, only to be treated with complete disrespect and a total lack of professionalism. We were 11 minutes late due to traffic delays, but the office initially said they would still see our daughter. Then, after charging us in advance for services (which is already terrible practice), they turned us away because our daughter had chewed a piece of gum—GUM! She had not eaten or drunk anything since the evening prior, yet they claimed gum could interfere with the medication. No explanation, no medical basis provided, and no prior warning about gum being an issue. What’s worse, they tried to charge us an additional $100 because she chewed gum.

The office staff was rude and condescending, completely unwilling to take accountability for not providing clear instructions beforehand. They claimed the sugar in gum could cause a reaction to the medication, yet no one could even name the medication or provide any evidence of this supposed interaction. Google yielded nothing. This was just their excuse to waste our time and money. Our daughter had gum before a prior appointment at the same office, exactly one week prior, with no issues, yet this time, they arbitrarily decided it was a problem. We followed their instructions to avoid food and drink to prevent aspiration, but “no gum” was never mentioned. They wasted our time, disrespected us as parents, and attempted to nickel-and-dime us for absurd reasons.

This office doesn’t care about its patients or families—they care about padding their wallets. Collecting payment upfront before services and refusing an immediate refund is outrageous. They turned a stressful day into an absolute nightmare. We will NEVER be coming back, and I would strongly advise every parent to take their children elsewhere. Save your time, money, and sanity. This place is a disgrace to healthcare.

My daughter has had some work done under sedation as well as a cleaning done here. We had to bring her back for more work to be done. We decided against the sedation this time.

We have been aloud to go in the back with her during every appointment, this time they stopped us from walking in the back with her to say that parents aren't aloud in the back. Even after telling them my daughter was extremely anxious to get work done they still would now allow me to go with her. Absolutely ridiculous and sketchy!

Absolutely furious. Drove over an hour while snowing for a 7:30am apt with a toddler. I allowed 15min for traffic delays, which made me a total of 11min late. The Dr did initially permitted us to keep our appointment and charged me before services were rendered. After going back we acknowledged our daughter had a piece of gum (but no food or drink since 7pm night prior).

We were then turned away and told gum had a lot of sugar and reacts with the medication and causes vomiting. Then the office attendant attempted to require a $100 fee for letting our daughter have gum. Never were we told no gum, which her gum had only 2g of sugar. Never was I told the name of medication and Google comes up with no results for a dental med with sugar reaction. Also was told a refund check would have to be issued, while still requiring $100 fee.

Our daughter had gum right before her last appointment with assumed same medication at same office with no reaction. My husband and I were never told about no gum or the supposed sugar reaction. Only warned no food or drink so she wouldn’t aspirate. Wasted time and terrible practice to collect payment BEFORE services are provided and no immediate refund method… bad business practices.
