I chose this place as I recently moved and needed a new dentist. I love Canyon Gate Dental. They are very kind, honest and they know how to run their business. I love how clean the facility is and how quick the staff operates. I went in to have a whole mess of cavities filled yesterday and I was a little bummed as I waited for 50 minutes in the chair to be helped.

However, the dentist and his staff checked on me 3 separate times to let me know why they were delayed and that they were coming. I have a lot of experience in customer service and that is how you make the best of a bad situation. They did all they could to deal with their other patients emergencies causing the delay and still take time to communicate with me. They apologized several times and it was appreciated. It was also very clear they had all staff working at full speed.

Any kind human being will understand a delay as long as they know whats happening and can see effort. I also was shocked to get a text from Dr. Payne the day after the appointment asking how my teeth were feeling and apologizing for my wait and thanking me for my patience once again! Stunning. Take your business here!!!

Dr. Young is a unicorn, my boyfriend has hated every dentist he has seen. And if fully dedicated to coming back to Dr. Young. The office staff is extremely kind and helpful. All of our insurance needs have been taken care of by Ladeen at the reception desk. The whole process from appointment setting to procedures has been flawless. Thank you!

I have been looking for a personable and compassionate dentist for years. I have finally found a dentist office with caring receptionist, assistants, and dentist. As soon as I talked to the receptionist, you feel welcome and she did a great job answering my questions about my tooth sensitivity. The assistant made me feel comfortable and everyone had a great bedside manner. Dr. Young did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained his thought process of how he came up with his diagnosis for my tooth sensitivity.

My last dentist told me I needed a root canal and a crown for an infection. Thank goodness I went to Dr. Young for a second opinion, and he repeated an X-ray, and assured me I didn't have an infection and no need of such extreme treatment. He gave me the appropriate treatment and I am going back for my next cleaning appointment. Continue that great service and my family will all come to you.
