First off, I’ve always been terrified of the dentist. Bad childhood experiences kept me away for over 10 years. But walking into this office completely changed my mind. The moment you step through the door, you're welcomed by the kindest front desk staff. They're warm, friendly, and you can immediately tell that this is a positive space and a great work environment. Everyone smiles—and not just because it’s a dental office! Now let me talk about my dental hygienist, Lisa. She is FREAKIN’ AWESOME! From the start, she made me feel totally comfortable and safe. She was kind, compassionate, understanding—and best of all, completely non-judgmental.

Throughout the cleaning, she kept checking on me, asking if I was okay or needed a break. That’s real patient-centered care. The cleaning itself was nothing like I remembered from the past. Thanks to new technology and Lisa’s expert hands, I felt zero pain and had no sensitivity—I couldn't believe it! Then came the cavity fillings with Dr. Low, and let me just say—he’s not just a dentist, he’s an artist. He and his assistant made me feel right at home. They even played music for me, joked around a bit, and made the whole experience so relaxed. Dr.

Low is fast, focused, and full of compassion. He made something I had dreaded feel like no big deal. I cannot recommend Dr. Low and Lisa enough. They are a phenomenal team—gentle, skilled, and genuinely caring. If you’re like me and have anxiety about dental visits, this is the place you want to be. From dreading the dentist to looking forward to my next visit—thank you Lisa and Dr. Low for everything

Fantastic!!! I have severe dental anxiety. The front office staff Elizabeth was amazing to work with from booking the appointment and calming my nerves when I walked in the door. Doctor Warner is absolutely a doll, so sweet and really amazing at explaining our game plan all while putting me at ease. Lisa the dental Hi Janis, I will be dealing with in a few weeks was super Rod and gave me more information in about five minutes then I have ever had in the 40 years of my life.

Good at explaining pressure of brushing and why fetal care is so important. I'm never leaving this dental practice.

0 Stars Absolutely unacceptable experience at Canyon Pointe Dental Group I had a 5:30 PM appointment on 03/17/2025, arrived early at 5:15 PM, and was left waiting until 7:15 PM—only to be told to come back the next day at 6 PM. After all that, I didn’t even get my teeth cleaned! This office has zero respect for patients' time. Long wait times like this ruin a practice’s reputation and destroy patient trust. If you value your time and want professional service, DO NOT waste your time here. I’ve also requested that they destroy all my records and not charge my insurance—I wouldn’t trust them with my care ever again.

Canyon Pointe Dental Group has been an amazing experience for me, as well as my husband and both children! Dr Warner is so knowledge and easy to talk to. She gives you options and choices when more detailed decisions need to be made. The front office is extremely friendly and helpful!
