This team of professionals went above and beyond to make my 8 year old have the most wonderful experience, especially with her 1st (hopefully only) root canal. After 48 hours of no sleep, excruciating pain; I called and they were able to get me in same day!! For us parents we hate to see our children in any pain! We were so thankful they were able to get her in same day with such a great experience. From the time we walked in the office and talked over things with Laura at the front desk, to when Dr. O’Banion’s Assistant came out to take our daughter back for X-rays (I wish I caught her name she was wonderful) all the way to Dr.

O’Banion allowing us to come back to the room before the root canal and explain the process of the procedure! I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you Dr. O’Banion and team for taking great care of our daughter and making the process as smooth and pain free as possible. We greatly appreciate you all!

My daughter’s dentist recommended Dr O’Banion because he said his root canal’s don’t need to be redone. She has Down Syndrome and needed anesthesia to get through it. It went well and she had no discomfort afterwards.

I will start by acknowledging, I have negative bias towards Dentistry. I was a military service member and the bulk of my dental care has been one terrifying moment after the next. I especially hated to think I needed a root canal, with all the horror stories, family testimonials "don't do it", and my own fear boiling over. But, what the heck- I could always walk out right? Lose a tooth? Get an implant? If you're like me you are reading and checking everything to make sure this is the place you want to go. Don't second guess it after reading this, you have to get your work done by this specialist.

I kid you not, sterile, clean, professionalism! Good bed side manner, patient, and polite even if he was busy he addressed my concerns. Here's the kicker! Seriously, a Hail Mary if you will . . . there was absolutely no pain, in two root canals.

The worst part was my mental anxiety and the injection. I didn't have to stretch my mouth wider than I needed to, didn't have to try to talk, didn't have any discomfort, and with just some Tylenol and Ibuprofen two weeks later still no pain. Now, my only dilemma is having the restoration done some place else- because this was the best dental procedure I've ever had and I'm scared to go anywhere else. You're in safe hands, clean hands, and proficient care.

I don’t like the dentist in any form. The entire team was professional and comforting. The front desk staff showed empathy and got me in very quick, the assistants provided detail in what was happening so I was prepared, and the doctor was comforting and helpful. The treatment was quick and painless. So thankful to have used Capital Endo and no longer being in pain!
