Do NOT go here! If you don't have time or forget to confirm they will automatically cancel your appointment. I had an appointment on a Monday morning at 8am, and they require a 24 hour confirmation. She rudely said we called you and text you and you had the chance to confirm.

Sorry I have a busy workload and life and don't get to sit around on my phone all day. Ill go somewhere else that's not so rude.

They got me in same day for an emergency, Cindy and Dr. Jensen are great. Kind, took time to explain in details, and thorough in treatment. I've never been disappointed here. Love the new location too

I don't recommend this place at all. Front stuff is rude and not kind. I only went there as a referral for my daughter's crown.

But honestly very disappointed of customer service. The day of preparation from her temporary crown dentist just left after working on the tooth, and it looks like she left one of her assistant to do the temporary crown without communicating to us. She did it a least Three times to get a good one.

The other assistant was all over the place looking for things( maybe because they recently moved) there was no chair for me to sit down so I just used one of the assistants chair, not because she offered to me, if not because I asked, and I m glad I did because that was the longest appointment I had ever had, we were there for an hour and a half. The same day a lady in the room across from us was also complaining about the bad service of the front stuff, and how she need it an emergency visit and they were not wanting to schedule her until a couple weeks or more,she literally had to begged them for the appointment because she was in a lot of pain. Definitely not coming back!!

Wanted to get an appointment here being new to the Des Moines because it is across the street from where I live but looks like that won't happen. I called this morning only to be told that they are only accepting new patients on same day or same week cancelations. That I understand. It's the fact that they don't take a contact to getnim touch with you if there is an opening. I literally asked, "So you want me to call daily to see if there is a cancelation? The response, "Yes. By 8AM is best.

" As a new patient, this definitely wasn't the communication I expected. It communicated, we are established and catch us if you can. " Definitely won't be making calls daily to get an appointment here. I'll move on to a dentist office that wants new business.
