They discussed my treatment with me and explained why I needed X-rays and what my insurance would cover. Everyone is very friendly and I appreciate the time they took with me. Many offices nowadays focus on pushing people through to make money, Dr. Schafhauser and Maria provided great care!

I went as a first time client a few months ago. The staffs were nice and I received a gift basket from them. I rescheduled my appointments due to my busy hours and when I called the clinic 45 minutes before my appointment due to waking up late and they have a 10 minutes late policy.

The front desk receptionist named Sue had an attitude saying “If you’re going to make an appointment, you have to keep it. ” Is it not rude to call to reschedule rather than not showing up at all? I would rather not be where I’m not welcomed.
