I recently had my first appointment at Capitol Family Dentistry, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I stepped into the office, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. As a new patient, I truly appreciated how seamless the check-in process was, and how they immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Austin was exceptional throughout the entire appointment.
He took the time to explain every step in detail, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable with the process. His gentle approach during my cleaning made it one of the most pleasant dental experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Austin was not only thorough but also genuinely attentive to my concerns, showing a true commitment to my overall oral health. Before the cleaning, Kiara performed a full set of x-rays, and she couldn’t have been more friendly or professional.
Her welcoming demeanor set the tone for the appointment, and her expertise made the process smooth and stress-free. Truly impressed with Capitol Family Dentistry! LaSandra was so helpful and welcoming both in person and on the phone. Dr. Austin always provides top notch dental care and is extremely kind and knowledgeable. He does an incredible job making me feel comfortable and thoroughly explaining everything. Dr. Austin is THE BEST. I have never been happier with a dentist experience in my life. His work is warm, personal, friendly, efficient, and extremely competent. I was in and out of the office in 35 minutes flat for a filling-- incredible!!! I seriously have never gushed about dental care until going to this office. Highly, highly recommend.
