If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this dental practice was deeply disappointing and raised several concerns about its operations. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the front desk was disorganized and lacked basic professionalism. Unfortunately, this lack of structure extended into the dental practice itself, leaving me with serious doubts about the overall quality of care provided. The consistently negative reviews are not misleading—they reflect the reality I experienced firsthand.

There is a reason the doors remain locked, and it's not a reassuring one. I am in the process of contacting the Board of Dentistry to report my experience, as I believe there are critical issues that warrant formal investigation. I expected a higher standard of professionalism and care, and I am genuinely disheartened by what I encountered. This practice should take a hard look at its operations and the experience it offers to patients.

Called to cancel my child’s appointment because he is sick earlier today. I even gave them a chance to decide whether they would still want to see him. The front desk said that she would call back in 10 min but never did. I called back a little after 4p to find out what they decided.

The DENTIST then stated that unless I provided proof that he is sick, there was a $35 cancellation fee. I told her I am happy to pay the $35 cancellation fee, but I am a nurse practitioner so that should be validation that he is sick. The DENTIST got irate and said “Well I am a dentist, my sister is an MD so I don’t need you to tell me about your credentials” and then hung up on me. For me to write this review as a healthcare professional about another healthcare professional means that the public has a right to know how unprofessional she was.

I would never “get into it” with or hang up on a patient. Bad customer service will take down an establishment quickly. Hers is headed in that direction.

5 Stars I had a fantastic experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My appointment started right on time, which I really appreciated. The staff took their time to ensure that my cleaning and exam were thorough — I never felt rushed.

The dentist explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. It’s clear that they prioritize patient care and attention to detail. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a professional and caring dental experience!

I had a good experience with the medical team, and the process was easy. The office is clean and well-maintained. My son received excellent care, and he said his experience with the doctor was great. I was referred here from the nearby Family Dentistry for Kids, and I am happy to have found a dental clinic for myself and my family to use from now on. The staff is very nice and friendly!
