I required an emergency appointment, and although it wasn't immediately available, the staff added me to their call list and accommodated me sooner than expected. During my initial visit, the entire staff was extremely friendly, putting me at ease and making me feel well cared for. I had a wisdom tooth growing insideways, my wisdom tooth was doing a karate kick in my jaw! So my face was swollen, and I was an extreme pain. But my Doctor was amazing and she made me feel at ease and safe.

It showed that she cared. I highly recommend their services.

I moved to Hampton in 2022 and while my first dentist was okay, I had read several very good reviews for Caring Dental Arts(formerly The Caring Dentist) online. The practice was also highly recommended by several neighbors on our local neighborhood association's Facebook group page. Chrissy, the dental hygienist, was outstanding. Her "chairside manner" and skillset were most competent and professional, verbalizing every step during the cleaning and repeatedly checking on my comfort level throughout the process. I was also pleased to have plaque removed by Chrissy with an ultrasonic scaler that eliminates ALL of the discomfort of having teeth cleaned.

No more scraping and inadvertent hand slips with the "old fashion" scalers. Fortunately, I didn't have any major problems, even so, Dr. Marsh took time to explain a couple of the potential issues I needed to be mindful of including coming in three times a year for an extra cleanings that would help my gums stay healthy and reduce bone erosion. She asked me about potential factors affecting my teeth and in my case the risks were most likely inherited. Also, kudos to Terri at the front desk for being a friendly first contact as I entered.

You can tell she likes her job and cares for the patients as much as the dental team. I highly recommend Caring Dental Arts.
