Had a new patient appointment on 1/9/23. Friendly, professional and thoughtful care from every single person I interacted with! Rees was incredibly kind and thorough during both the the x-ray and dental cleaning portions of my treatment. I highly recommend Caring Dental Group!

My entire family of 4 were long time patients of this practice. Dr Jang is a very talented dentist. Unfortunately her staff are horrible. The Bulldog manager, Sara gets nasty of any rare appointments needing to be cancelled. The former hygienist, Megan played around with my scheduled cleaning because if it was later afternoon, she attempted more than once to move my appointment up so she can dash out earlier. Not very considerate but yet cancellions are frowned upon.

Back to Sara the manager who recently blindsided me with a bill for $650!!! Although, Sara knew I switched to United Health, took my insurance information in July 2023, I was back charged for 3 cleanings and one filling at the tune of $650!!!. I kept asking at each visit if there was a charge, I was kept being put off till later. I never expected a bill for $650!! I’m also a senior of age 66! They (office staff) have no regard or respect for patients. Plus, they don’t take insurance now. After relocating to a more posh building and location, I guess they’re riding high enough to no longer needing to accept insurance. Well, I hope they can continue to afford ski trips and plastic surgeries.

Sara got her lips collagen blown up (looks awful btw) and the dentist got her eyes enlarged because of a lucrative practice where they can afford to be disrespectful and inconsiderate to patients. I should’ve been advised in July not have a bill pile up unexpectedly. After over 10 years as a steady and very reliable patient, I have to search for a new dentist. Find a more caring and considerate dental office is my advice.

We visited Caring Dental Group today for the first time and are happy we found this wonderful office. The facility itself is clean and inviting. We were checked in quickly by a friendly front desk staff, and Daisy, the dental assistant, couldn't have been nicer or more reassuring to my daughter as she helped us during this first visit.

Dr. Jang was kind and we were able to easily schedule our upcoming treatments with the help of the checkout desk.

This used to be a great practice before they had moved from sunny valley rd to the new location. My first visit at their new location was so poor that they have lost my business as a customer of several years. To start, I show up on the day of my appointment to find out that they cancelled it on me that same day because I failed to confirm my appointment via text or call.

I told the receptionist that I never received a “text” and while I did receive a phone call and voicemail that I missed by accident, nowhere did I consent to having my appointment cancelled. I understand a lot of practices do this kind of thing, maybe I prefer the more old-fashioned practices, but I never had them pull this kind of stunt in the 5+ years I had visited them. The receptionist was nice enough to let me be seen anyway, but they had hurried me in to do a very rushed and aggressive cleaning.

On top of this, they did not notify me that they were now out-of-network with my insurance when they used to be in-network. While I know that they are not required to tell me this and it is on the patient to do that research, to my defense, they also failed to notify my insurance, meaning my insurance showed them as “in-network” while they were not, ending in me getting billed partially for a preventative routine cleaning and dental exam I believed would be fully covered. I will now be seeking out a new practice
