Dr. Carlos is the best dentist for children. His team is very polite and his office is so clean and tidy. He always is talking very sweet with children and my daughter loves him.

He is not only perfectional at his job, but also his behavior with children is excellent. As a psychologist, I think he absolutely has the best communication with children and I always choose the best doctors for my daughter. I appreciate all the best work for my daughter.

Honestly I was truly disappointed with this doctor. Not only is his bedside manner poor but he is very rude and condescending. At our last appointment (Our tipping point to never go back) he tried to tell me my daughter needed to be under so that we could take X-rays. I was baffled by his suggestion and proceeded to tell him she would be just fine. But again he persisted and I stood my ground.

He acts like he knows how my child will behave more than I, her mother, would know. I called the other day to cancel our upcoming appointment and to make sure they received an email I sent and before I could finish speaking the receptionist was about to hang up on me. While the office is very clean, I would not want anyone to deal with the frustration this doctor comes with. I don’t not recommend.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Horrible manners. My daughter had a procedure done abroad and when we came here she started visiting him. He only allows one parent in and that day I decided to join our daughter. My daughter has a slight cough.

. . no fever. And then proceeded to look at me and say "How would you feel if I came in and coughed all over your daughter" and mind you this was an emergency visit as one of her caps came off and she was experiencing pain. He is a doctor not a normal civilian and made me feel bad for taking my daughter in when I was clearly instructed to come in in case of an Emergency.

My daughter was going to have a procedure with him and his practice this time and they totally disregarded her as I was waiting for over a month to get her next procedure done. They made me wait a month and never called me and told me that they had other kids come in and didn't even bother to call us to set another month. When he had clearly told us multiple times that she would be first on the list. Not to mention Horrible staff as well because the way they handled my situation didn't make anything better but much worse as I was never given a direct answer as to why he did what he did

I have no issue with Dr. Monsalve's abilities as a pediatric dentist, and my son was very comfortable with him with a few cavity repairs. We left his practice because he is incredibly rude and condescending towards parents. I did not appreciate his bedside manner, and the way he would lecture us each visit. Ended up finding a new dentist who was less rude and confrontational.
