Carmen Orthodontics 5225 made my teen’s braces journey a breeze—something I never thought possible! From the first consult, Dr. Carmen and her team stood out. The office is bright and modern with a fun vibe, and they even have a video game corner that kept my son entertained. Dr. Carmen explained all options (braces vs.

Invisalign) with 3D models, letting him feel involved in the choice. Adjustments were quick and virtually painless, and the staff always remembered his favorite music to play during visits. They sent text reminders, worked with our insurance, and celebrated “braces milestones” with little treats. Now that his braces are off, his smile is amazing—and he actually misses visiting! I had my first appointment at Carmen Orthodontics today and was beyond impressed! All of the stuff was incredibly kind and helpful, and Dr. Carmen was wonderful. The speed and efficiency of helping me remove my old retainer and have a new one made blew my mind! To top everything off Tammy went out of her way to make sure that I will receive my new retainer ASAP.

I took my 7 year old daughter to Carmen Orthodontics for an evaluation. She was extremely apprehensive about the whole process. From the very beginning, our experience was top notch. The receptionist greeted us with a friendly smile and was very helpful.

The staff were very good at explaining everything to my daughter and keeping her informed the entire visit. Dr. Carmen spoke to her, as well, and explained everything to her, making her feel like an important part of the process! He made her feel at ease with a great sense of humor. I would strongly recommend taking your children to this fantastic Orthodontic practice!

We have been seeing Dr. Carmen from the start of this process. Dr. Jesse was a great addition to the practice and seemed like it was seamless and that he was just already there. The staff are so helpful and truly care about their patience.

I am so glad we took the leap and went to Dr. Carmen and not just wait as a different orthodontics office had suggested. My daughter is now on the home stretch and gets her braces off sooner then anticipated! Thanks again for all you have done to help build her self-esteem.
