I have been a patient here for 3 ½ years now. At first they were great and I absolutely love my dentist Dr. Lee. But for over a year now this place has been absolutely ridiculous. They cancel almost all of my appointments the day before my appointment. And today was the final straw. I was scheduled an appointment this morning. They called and confirmed my appointment 3 days ago. They sent a confirmation text at 4P.

M. yesterday and then last night at 9:25 P. M. they canceled me once again. I called this morning and the receptionist gave me another lame excuse and put me in the back of the line once again so I have to wait another 3 months. Do not go here especially if it's an emergency or you will be screwed. Hopefully I can find Dr. Lee's real office so I can continue to see him because he is amazing.

The staff has been nothing but extremely nice while talking with them. Dr Patterson, amazing and makes you feel calm with their accent. Not to mention singing a bit while pulling your tooth. The cleanliness of the place is outstanding. The explanation of what is going on, what is needed, and even the after care was top notch.

Had the pleasure of going to get my tooth extraction done by Dr.Jason Lee . And I tell you he does amazing work he was done with me in no time. And the facility is very neat and clean. I would recommend them to anybody my mouth didn't hurt afterwards. I will definitely be back.
