Reading these comments are the same reason I took my kids out of that dentist, they was terrified to go there, I knew something was up when they wouldn’t let me go back with my kids, they went twice and that was it for me.

I had to re ensure them that the new dentist wasn’t going to treat them like that I started taking them to SouthPoint pediatric dentistry they are awesome my kids are happy when tell them they have a dentist appointment

I would advise against taking your children to this establishment, as their policies separate parents from their kids during treatment. Although the front desk staff were friendly, I was disturbed to learn from my son that the medical staff in the back area have a harsh approach. Apparently, they threaten children who cry that they won't be reunited with their parents and demand silence.

I found this behavior extremely rude and insensitive to the potential pain and distress children may experience.

Be aware of this dentist. . Please take your child somewhere else. They are liars and they say that your child refuses service and then tell you to find another dentist. I called in May to reschedule my daughter’s appointment and they scheduled her for June 24th and when.

I called to confirm she said I didn’t scheduled it. Tracy Waters dentist office is not good for the kids. They do not let parents back to comfort the child. Stay clear.
