The team at Carolina Dentist W-S is incredible. From the time you walk in to the time you leave you are greeted with smiles and automatically feel comfortable. If you are like me and have had negative experiences with dentistry in the past or have been avoiding it altogether, this is your place. I have not been to the dentist in 22 years and knew I needed an extraction… in no way did I ever feel embarrassed or ashamed of any dental issue I had.

The staff ensured I was comfortable, answered every question thoroughly and left me so comfortable with being in their care, that any anxiety around my dental health has been removed; these folks care and will do whats best for their patients. Dr. Pilon, front desk/scheduling, hygienist and assistants…. Thank you!!!!

From the moment we walked into CarlinasDentist in Winston-Salem, we felt truly welcomed by the administrative staff. The warmth and professionalism continued throughout our visit. Once we were called back, our hygienist greeted us with kindness, humor, and a gentle approach that made my daughter feel completely at ease. Dr. Laurent Pilon was fantastic—thorough, patient, and informative. He took the time to show my daughter how to improve her flossing technique and walked us through her X-rays in detail.

We were also interested in Invisalign for her, and Dr. Pilon provided a clear explanation of the process, even showing us a preview of how her teeth could look after treatment. To top it off, the insurance coordinator was incredibly helpful, explaining the costs and options with patience and clarity. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant. I highly recommend CarlinasDentist for their outstanding care and service!
