I have not had any good experiences at a doctor's office until I met Dr. Dagenhart. She has managed to change my negative views of doctors into a positive one. Dr. Dagenhart is the type of doctor that truly listens to her patients and not just silently reads your chart, and blood work and gives recommendations and walks out. She actually goes over all the results from the blood work and makes sure you understand completely about what the results mean. She is not one of those doctors that leaves you in a room for a long time and then rushes the office visits.

She is someone who truly cares about her patients and their well-being. She has a wonderful attitude and is very compassionate about her job and it shows through the way she treats her patients. I have recommended her to a couple of my family members and they both were amazed by her attitude, professionalism, and compassion. I would recommend Dr. Dagenhart to anyone who is looking for a doctor that cares about your health mentally and physically. Not only is Dr. Dagenhart wonderful, the entire staff is great also.

The atmosphere or environment in the office is a positive one. From the time you walk in the door you are treated with respect and kindness, and I think that speaks volumes, because a doctor is a reflection of their staff. Thanks to Dr. Dagenhart and staff I can feel good about going to the doctor's office again.

Everytime I need to get my kids seen. All I get told is that I have to go through urgent care or wait 2 weeks to be seen for a sick child. In 2 weeks they might be better so whats the point. They try and force you to go through urgent care so they can collect more money. This is their primary care or should I say was. Im definitely looking for a new primary for my children. This place is a joke.

I absolutely love Dr. Love.

This is in no way a reflection upon her, however getting an appointment with her without going through urgent care is impossible! It is absolutely ridiculous that you can’t see your primary care physician within 48 hours! You should really be able to get same day sick appointments, but at the very least be able to be seen within 48 hours, not two weeks! Something has to be done! They are trying to push you through urgent care to make more money!
