Dr Carpenter is very kind and took his time to explain the process on what to expect and he also showed pictures of before and after photos of what is to be expected if my child proceed with getting braces. He informed me of the cost and payment options as well. Very quick appt, but very thorough. The front desk staff to the back room staff are also very polite and kind.

First time here and it’s a wonderful experience. I will be taking my other 2 children there as well. I’m always grateful for nice and friendly staff! Thank you!

I was referred to Carpenter Orthoproducts by a friend who said they were the best option for braces, and we had planned to start the process together after her consultation. However, my experience there was unpleasant, mainly due to the lack of empathy, particularly from the woman at the front desk. She had a rude, confrontational attitude, almost as if she was looking for an argument. Her behavior made me reconsider doing business with this place.

Empathy is crucial for running a successful business—you never know what someone might be going through. Both my friend and I are done with this place, and I definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone. It’s important to support businesses that show care and understanding.

The front office girls were very friendly and helpful with checking me in and explaining the paperwork, the assistants were kind and prompt with getting me back in a timely matter. Dr.Carpenter is very knowledgeable and took his time explaining the entire process and answering any of my questions I had. I would recommend for all your orthodontic needs!
