I went for a cleaning apartment at 10am and I showed up early at 9: 30 and I was seen at 10:26 I almost left. If I was that late to my appointment they would not have seen me. Other then that the staff are amazing and very friendly.

I was with this dentist for 2 years and never had a bad experience until today. I called to get my dental records sent to a more local dentist and when I called on Thursday they said they would send them over. I called today 4 business days later and said I sent the form over a week ago.

The front desk associate (cannot remember her name) placed me on hold and then picked up the phone and felt the need to tell me “Just so you know you didn’t send them a week ago, you sent them on Thursday” I also was trying to get an eta on when they would be sent to my new dentist and she would not give me a time and said she was “in the middle of something, and would do it after. ” I’m so disappointed at this level of customer service, and I am not comfortable with my decision of leaving this dentist office.

Staff is very friendly. Taken back very quickly. Explained what they were doing and showed me cost for process before starting. Tried to get me comfortable and gave a moment to stretch during work; I have back problems and was in chair for long time. Overall Very pleased ! Chris the hygienist is GREAT, carefull ,and gentle, explaining her findings

The cleaning of my teeth went great and I was extremely satisfied. Rating dropped from excellent when making a follow-up appointment and was informed my next appointment would be in 9 months. My dental plan allows appointments for every 6 months. Nine months is too long for a cleaning. Appointment today was a 9 month waiting period but I thought it was a fluke and didn't make a big deal out of it.

But, when I was informed today my next appointment would be another 9 months it seemed that today's appt was not a fluke. I informed the person trying to set-up my next appointment I will be seeking another dental practice that complies with a 6 month waiting period. They did inform me once I found another dentist they would transfer my file to them.
