Dr McClellan and her fabulous staff are true professionals. Each person starting from the front desk was very helpful and a very caring person. Then of course, I was ushered into the operating room to meet with Dr McClellan.

- She listened to my tale of woe, diagnosed where my pain was emanating from, and came up with a treatment plan that I agree with. So… because she is so good and so busy, my next / first appointment is July 1, 2025.

It was my 1st time here as I’m switching dentist from my previous dentist retiring and I couldn’t have picked a better place! All the staff is friendly and professional. Alexis text me letting me know they had cancelations so I could come a day early and even offered to replace my fillings same day. She was also very thorough with my cleaning. The whole team is friendly, respectful, and makes the experience smooth from start to finish. Alexis, my hygienist, is consistently kind, gentle, and thorough. She’s the reason cleanings no longer make me nervous — she has such a calm and reassuring approach. Dr. McClellan is always professional, attentive, and genuinely listens.

She takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure you’re comfortable with the plan before moving forward. It’s rare to say this, but I actually look forward to my dental visits now. I always leave feeling taken care of, never rushed or overlooked. I absolutely recommend Cary Towne Dental to anyone looking for a dental office that’s both skilled and truly caring. I can't recommend this place enough and feel lucky we found it. Phenomenal service by all of the personnel. Warm and friendly reception, top notch cleaning done by Alexis (no one in NY would ever offer me sunglasses or a choice of flavor for dental polish; no spitting in the tube for you, nor getting covered with water - beautiful, clean work!).

Doctor McClennan did a thorough inspection and didn't miss a thing! I loved it there, felt welcome and well cared for. We will definitely be coming back.
