From the moment you walk in it’s a kid friendly environment. There’s an array of a warm animal style murals all throughout the office. They have a Nintendo system or children show available in a cute little open side room that draws your kiddos right in.

It’s all around a great children’s dentist!! Better yet, ALL staff are welcoming, friendly, caring and educated in the dental field. Even more importantly their very understanding and patient with children, all while educating them about the importance of dental hygiene! The employees working there seem to have been around awhile, at least familiar to me, which I see as a good sign of a professional and collaborative team! Every visit has been exceptional for my daughter, then eventually son and myself. Recently both kids had check ups and there was an unexpected procedure, which my daughter needed a tooth extracted.

They made sure she was totally comfortable and that included myself in the chair sitting with her legs laid over me so she could hold my hand and have mommy as close as possible, while the dentist and hygienist extracted the tooth. They also offer laughing gas to relax your child during the whole event. It was done faster than I expected and everyone was fine afterwards! Then the kids received their gold token coins to use in 1 of 4 toy machines to pick their prize! Definitely a good choice for a children’s dentist in my opinion to bring your littles!

The past two years for our kids has been a head ache, in a past appointment they failed to process our insurance and had to pay, last month they were in and supposedly scheduled us in May for crown work without disclosing all the costs, and day of we get there to the alleged appointment to find out there was a "clerical" error and the appointment was never made. Would not recommend this office despite it's pleasant outwards appearance.

I really didn't want to have to make this review, but they have left me with no choice. This by fair has been the worst dentist I have ever had to deal with. At first I had a good feeling about the staff and we came up with a game plan for my kiddo and they were able to get us in fairly quick. But things have turned really fast. From the very beginning we have been lied to about the financial plan. We were told that insurance would cover a pretty good amount and that we were gonna be left to pay a few hundred dollars after the $300 deposit we already had to put down to book the appointment. My child also needed an anesthesiologist, so they informed us that they would be reaching out to collect payment but didn't inform us they charge $1100 for 90 minutes and an additional excessive amount for every additional 15 minutes. Their anesthesiologist also told us they would submit a reimbursement claim to our insurance which they never did . Whatever We got over that hurdle and let it go because we just wanted our childs teeth to be fixed.

Two days before my child's appointment we received a phone call that they checked with our insurance and the price dramatically jumped from a few hundred dollars to a couple thousand dollars at this point we were pretty upset given the fact that we had already put a 300 dollar deposit down to them and had to pay the anesthesiologist 1100 dollars right away and had been waiting almost a month for the procedure to be done so we yet again got over that hurdle. The dentist then tried to remove the 4 front teeth of my 4 year old child because they said there was only a 40 percent chance of the procedure being successfulI I then told them absolutely not and to go along with the original plan on putting a filling over my child's teeth then this is where staff's attitude began to change. I got the cold shoulder and felt like I was disrespected the rest of the time of the appointment. At the very end we had a payment plan set and stone on the total amount of the procedure and what was going to be billed every month and I thought everything was going to be ok after this point and yet again it hasn't been. A month after the procedure, we got a call to inform us that our bill was going up and additional costs were being added. We weren't quite sure what these costs were, but at this point me and my husband were just so fed up, we just said whatever I guess add to the payment plan. Another two months goes by and we get a text message from them stating that we owe them another additional amount but yet again isnt explained on what. My husband and I have left several voicemails. We have emailed several times and we still are getting ignored.

They will not return our phone calls. They will not answer our emails. And we also just got the summary back from insurance. What was billed to the insurance and what was covered by insurance and what was left for us to owe. The numbers on our insurance Versus the statement that they gave us are over a thousand dollars difference and they refuse to give us answers on what is going on, and we cannot get ahold of them by phone or email for the past two months. I'm really hoping they see this review and decided to get ahold of me to get this finical issue sorted out. Needless to say I would never recommend them to anyone I know because you have to be stern with them about what's right for your child which seems to get them to backlash you and if you decided to do their in house financing it will constantly change and make absolutely no sense and causes way more stress then it's even worth.

I think they're great never had any problems my 9-year-old granddaughter has been going for a few years now she is feels very comfortable at this dentist office. Staff and doctors have been great.
