Very friendly staff. The ladies at reception always greet me by name and with a smile. The doctor and her assistant kept me comfortable during my procedures so I wouldn't get nervous and freak out. If I had pain, they stopped and let me rest before proceeding with the work. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done and get me out of the chair and on my way.

I would and have recommended them to my neighbors and friends. My husband will be visiting them when it is his turn. Thank you ladies. You really are the best!

Regarding my Pre-Op screening on 5 June 25. My wife (Jane) was previously not available for my previous consultations. She was able to attend the appointment with me today. ALL of her questions and concerns were intently listened to and calmly, completely and professionally answered. I was pleased to share this experience with her.

Her understanding of the complexity of the procedure(s) and decision making was greatly enhanced during the appointment, particularly after viewing the 3D images and hard copy pictorials of my tooth extraction(s), implants and Crowns. Dr Dokku and Dr's Assistant Gabby were very patient, fully explaining the duration, anesthesia protocols and provided ample information of the surgical expectations before and after the 1st Arch surgery. Upon entering the Practice, we were pleasantly welcomed and felt right at home, I was meeting with my friends once again. Cascades is the perfect blend of old school dentistry, personable, kind and engaging professionals blended with the latest in modern Dentistry technology and practices which continue to intrigue me. I am so excited to charge down the path of my Dental Restoration a daunting endeavor made so much easier due to the Kind folks at Cascades One, Burke.

Awesome service! Dr. Sue is very patient, passionate and knowledgeable. Her customer service is the best. I actually followed her from another office because I love her care. She is the best ever! The office is clean, smells good, and they offer refreshments.

They offer moisturizer for your lips if it gets dry during your cleaning and a pillow which makes getting your cleaning more enjoyable. Dr. Dokku also very nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs.

I recently had a dental procedure at Cascades Dental of Burke, and I must say, it was a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk representative, Cerina, greeted me with a warm and pleasant attitude. She ensured that everything went smoothly during my visit and even followed up afterward to check on my progress. Additionally, Caitlin, the manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

She took the time to address all my questions and made me feel at ease about the procedure. Overall, I truly enjoyed my experience at Cascades Dental and will definitely be returning for my 6-month check-up. Highly recommended!
