From the moment I walked in, the friendly and knowledgeable staff made me feel welcomed. The dentist explained everything clearly, and my treatment was virtually pain-free. The environment was clean and comfortable, with modern equipment.

I also appreciated how they value punctuality; I didn't have to wait long to be seen. I highly recommend Katen Crossing Dental Care for anyone seeking top-notch dental care.

A very frustrating and underwhelming first (and last) appointment. I was told I was scheduled for a 9am appointment. When I showed up at 855am, the doors were still locked, and no one was on site. Finally, someone showed up at 905am to let myself and another waiting patient in. The girl had to unlock the doors, turn off the alarm system, turn on all the lights, etc. She addressed the man first and then asked if I had an appointment.

I had set something up a week and a half ago, but apparently, they never scheduled it (even though the email correspondence said otherwise). The doctor strolled in at 915am, so even if my appointment was correclty scheduled, I would have already been waiting at least 20 minutes. I spent almost 2 hours in that office. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's. If there is a mix-up, you need to communicate with your patients.

Dr. Barakat is a warm and diligent Dentist that really took his time and discussed the options of my care with me. I have never felt rushed or like a number to him and his staff. Him and his team are kind and professional without being cold. I would highly recommend their care for you and your family.
