If I could give More stars I would!! I called with EMERGENCY tooth pain and a young lady named Rachel went above and beyond! She needs a promotion because she obviously cares. She's filling in and told me that after she checks the appointments for tomorrow, if anyone cancels, she'll immediately put me in their open spot! She's going to Call Me Back at 12 with the news, but she was super understanding and listened to my crazy rant about the pain and I appreciate that.

Had my wisdom teeth removed here. Dr. Krause and his assistant were very friendly and comforting (even though I am a baby with pain). Whole procedure was painless and went by quick. Yes the location looks a little sketchy but I wouldn't have trusted anybody else to do my surgery!

If I could give this business if you even want to call it that zero Stars I went in in July for a consultation for an emergency tooth to be pulled they scheduled me for September 19th I called them I'm in so much pain I asked them can they call in something like naproxen cuz the ibuprofen wasn't working or could they call in Tylenol they said they couldn't call in ibuprofen cuz they would have to call more and after my surgery and they can only do it so many times with the prescription I said okay then can you call and Tylenol no we don't prescribe Tylenol here okay really long story short about 7 days before my appointment which is when I called them crying in pain letting them know I had an abscess that burst in my mouth the night before and I didn't yell her scream or nothing at the lady she literally seemed to get frustrated that I was upset and in pain still keeping my calm and being cool about the situation and she says I'm canceling your appointment you can get it done elsewhere and hangs up the phone on me I called back and I'd tell her that was very rude of you I've been waiting two plus months for this appointment and you're canceling it why she said like I told you before I already canceled your appointment you're no longer welcome here you can find somewhere else to do it and hangs up on me again I will be contacting the New York state of professional discipline as they gave me no reason why they were canceling my appointment I waited 2 months for them to cancel me a week before for no good reason I didn't go in there demanding anything I just asked him to call me in more ibuprofen that was all they had me on antibiotics twice in the matter of one month instead of just trying to fit me in and get me in sooner for an emergency you cancel my appointment a week before thank God for Dental Oral surgery in Middletown they are the real MVPs I scheduled an appointment on a Tuesday and they got me in the same week that Friday didn't have to wait more than 3 or 4 days for something that I've been waiting 2 months for to do the same exact thing just closer to home would I have known this I would have never went there they were recommended and they were closer to home I had no issues with the place I had a tooth pulled that back in March of this year I even asked to speak to the dentist and the receptionist / office managers response to me was he declines I'm like so you're telling me he won't speak to me she said no he agrees with everything I told you he has no reason to speak to you so disrespectful rude and unprofessional I guess that explains why there have people that say they're going to come work for them and then never show up or leave after the first day I would too the way they treat their patients I can only imagine the way they treat their employees we know all no employees get treated worse than the patients especially if you're supposed to be treating patients with the utmost care and concern for their situation knowing that most of them are probably emergency situations then they tell me that they cant give me general anesthesia which is why I had to wait for a consultation in the first place then they say they can Twilight me I said wait a second I asked you guys that when I initially made the appointment for the consultation and you said if I wanted a novocaine shot no consultation and you guys could do it sooner which Minds you I can't even get a cavity filled without four plus shots of Novocaine so why would I get four plus teeth pulled with novocaine can't do it if I could I would secondly all I asked Lady for politely was Tylenol naproxen or Ibuprofen to be called in for the next week and I was going to show up on the 19th which I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited all this time months to get four teeth pulled that I constantly wake up every day aggravated and in pain from it just for them to turn around and cancel my appointment and hang up on me twice without any valid reason less than a week before I'm scheduled.

Shame on me for trusting them!!!!
