Horrible people. My daughter is profoundly deaf and the gentleman running this poor excuse for a practice refused her a interpreter. Completely violated her federally protected rights and made her feel less then human. She left crying after he called the sheriff because we refused to allow him to mistreat her. The man attempted to put his hands on my wife and was loud and extremely aggressive. Avoid at all costs , truly a horrible experience and the staff are pathetic to say the least .

I wish I could post the video here of his behavior. His staff admitted the Dr understood her rights but they all seemed un phased by his behavior or his treatment of 2 females in there office. Definitely not a disabled person or female friendly establishment be weary . Be smart and read all the owners responses to reviews and complaints and that alone will tell you what kinda clown show this is . Even when they lie there aggressive. Hope they hold that energy with the feds.

Place looks like a pop up shop. Owner looked un bathed and intoxicated. Would explain his aggression. Once again everything was recorded and documented. The truth with come out in court

Everyone I came in to contact at this location was always very nice. The cleanings were extremely fast and didn't seem to be completely thorough missing some spots but nothing major. Any other dentists that I have been to I've always seen the dentist at the end of my appointment to do a little check over but out of all my appointments at this location I only met the dentist once. The doors where a clear plastic rather then a door.

Front lobby could use an update. And the first place that doesn't offer a new toothbrush at cleanings.

Took impressions for my spouse and I and told us they'd mail them since we live an hour away and don't come to Ithaca very often. We happily paid the postage. It's been quite awhile and we have yet to receive them. I called once a few weeks ago, and was told they had them but hadn't mailed them "yet." Had no issues billing my insurance though.

From start to finish, my experience at this dental office was nothing short of exceptional. The moment I stepped in, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who were not only friendly but also incredibly efficient and helpful with all my paperwork and questions. The waiting area was clean and welcoming—instantly putting me at ease. Every single staff member I encountered was phenomenal. The dental assistants were kind, patient, and attentive, always checking to make sure I was comfortable and informed.

It’s clear that this team truly works together with kindness and professionalism at the heart of everything they do. And the dentist—what a gem! So gentle, so compassionate, and incredibly skilled. They took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand and answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I felt completely safe and cared for in their hands, which is something I haven’t always felt in the past at other offices. Even the little touches stood out—like checking in on me during the cleaning, making sure I wasn’t in pain, and genuinely listening when I spoke.

It’s rare to find a dental office that combines warmth, skill, and professionalism so perfectly, but this one does it effortlessly. I’m beyond grateful to have found such a wonderful team. I can honestly say I’m actually looking forward to my next visit. Highly, highly recommend!
