Highly recommend. I had an infected molar causing excruciating pain. He saw me right away and now my pain is gone.

OMG I went to him years ago. He had a dental tech place a crown. I have had nothing but problems with his work. His overzealous placements of root canals. BTW finding out that an act of having someone other than a dentist placing a crown is malpractice! I should have litigated! My opinion, worst dentist ever. I’d give you -stars if I could.

This guy did utter destruction on my teeth. I have had to have tremendous reconstruction on the majority of my teeth after what he did. Master of billing for sure. Everything he touches Hass to be a root canal or a crown. Pump up that billing.

I went to this practice because they accepted my dental insurance. I needed an emergency root canal, and the endodontist my dentist referred me to did not accept my insurance; I would have had to pay several thousand dollars out of pocket. After confirming with my insurance company that CCED accepted my insurance, I called CCED and explained that I needed a root canal. The receptionist offered me an appointment a couple of hours later. When I arrived, the dentist, Jerome Tummillo, came in to see me. I explained that I had been to my regular dentist earlier in the day and that she had determined that I needed a root canal. She had done X-rays, but I did not have a copy of them with me. Dr. Tummillo asked me over and over again, "You don't have the X-rays?" No. He then told me that he was not a specialist and that it might take him two visits to do a root canal.

Why? Because he isn't an endodontist. So then he proceeded to tell me that the endodontist, "Dr. Sean," was not there today and was actually only in the office one day a week. No worries, he said, I can look at your tooth and do X-rays. I reminded him that I didn't need him to look at my tooth, and I didn't need X-rays. I needed a root canal. He kept pressing for me to let him do X-rays and an exam. I insisted that I did not need them, as I had been to my regular dentist earlier in the day and she had already performed X-rays and an exam. If he couldn't do a root canal, there was no need for him to examine me. He continued to press, I continued to refuse, and finally he suggested that we just set up an appointment for when "Dr.

Sean" would be there. When would that be? Eight days from now. I explained that I was in pain NOW, that I came to an emergency dentist because I needed treatment NOW, and that I was now going to leave. I did. Here's what is almost certainly happening there: They get the patients in the door by failing to mention that the specialist actually isn't there, they perform X-rays and exams that the patients don't need, and they bill insurance. This is obviously just my reasoned opinion. Please stay far, far away.
