I've had the same dentist pretty much my entire life, so I thought way that he treated me was just the way it was. But after switching to Dr Norfleets practice, I now know that I was sadly mistaken. Dr Norfleets gentle approach, thorough explanations and genuine compassion for me as client was mind blowing.
The switch has made me more aware of my oral health and care. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit in 6 months.

As someone who has had dental issues my entire life, I cannot stress enough how amazing this practice is!! They are thorough and compassionate, a rare combination. Dr. Norfleet and her team are amazing!

My first visit. Dr Norfleet was exceptional for my first consult visit and xrays ! I need a lot of dental work! I haven't been to the dentist in a while! So I'm overdue!!! However, her manner and knowledge gave me comfort! I'll give another review once she actually begins work in my mouth! I hope to come out with pearly whites & a healthy mouth! 🙏🏽 🤞🏼😁

I would Not recommend this dentist to anyone as the staff is unprofessional and rude. We have been loyal customers to this dentist practice for years, but today was the last straw. Frequently when we book dentist appointments we are on time and constantly have to wait an hour plus to be seen. Today my wife called ahead and let the dentist practice know that she was running 15 minutes late for our daughter dentist appointment. The staff and dentist said that it was fine and come in to our appointment.
When she arrived the dentist refused to see our daughter and wanted us to reschedule. There was no one waiting and she gave us prior confirmation to come on in for the appointment. When we conveyed these issues to the staff they were rude and dismissive. I will no longer support this business or recommend this dentist to anyone as they lost loyal customers.
