I had a terrible experience with this office. At the end of the year before my benefits expired I started a root canal treatment which would be done in 3 visits. Third visit came in January. Before the visit I called to obtain a total amount due since benefits renewed and I had changed insurance. I was told someone would call me back. Instead I had to call multiple times, 2 days before the visit they email me a payment plan totally than what I needed for my upcoming visit which led me to believe the amount due was less.

When I finally went to my appointment the front office person had an attitude. I had to reschedule due to misinformation on the payment. I called to ask to speak with a supervisor. They told me she would call me back and no one did. Definitely never coming back or any of my family members.

Dr Yosif and his team are very professional I have had to have much work done on my teeth. I started going there after I broke a tooth during a flight home from Cancun. They just prepped for a bridge to fill in that gap. His assistant Rodica is great to work with. I have also started going there on a regular basis for cleanings

Had two routine cleanings, but visiting this place is like going to a dealership for an oil change, only to be given a slimy rundown of "needed" services like an urgent engine overhaul. The dentist is so suave at selling that he could sell ice to a polar bear (not me, though! I know garbage when I smell it. ) Coming up with a grocery list of services without a patient asking for such services is rich. Healthy teeth and gums should be the primary focus of any dentist.

My heart goes out to the people that they sucker into pricey, not-needed services like veneers. If YOU are satisfied with the health and look of your teeth, don't let ANY dentist tell you otherwise. YOU own your own mouth, not the dentist. YOU have a right to say NO.

A lot of people are walking around with chiclet-looking fake smiles. Keep your NATURAL teeth if you can. Find yourself a dental practice where the PATIENT comes first, NOT your dollars. Don't get snookered by these people! Your money will thank you! Two strikes with me and they're out! DONE WITH THIS PLACE!

I had an amazing visit! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I made it to the back, the assistant made sure I was comfortable and were very gentle throughout the entire process the doctor came in, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and answered all of my questions. I truly recommend this office to everyone!
