I had a failed root canal and was trying to deal with the pain for a few yrs. Finally a great endodontist and dentist sent me to The Center for Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental implants after careful examination that there wasn’t a way to save the tooth. Dr. Rhys Strasia was gentle, kind, and professional. He explained everything and wanted to make sure I was numbed up and comfortable the entire extraction time. His assistant, Kay, was excellent too. She knew I was a little anxious as my last extraction was rough.

She held my chin and also explained what was going on the whole time. What a caring soul! Checking in and out was also wonderful w the staff. If u need any work done, look no further. I highly recommend Dr. Strasia and Kay! Thank you! See u in 3 months for the implant.

I had a tooth extraction in your west side office on Nov. 16,2023. I've had another tooth extracted just years ago in Janesville and it wasn't a very good experience at all. That is why I came here to Madison Center for Oral Maxillofacial surgery and I'm so glad I did. Doctor Andrew Kramer did a fantastic job for me.

I recently had a tooth extracted by Dr Andrew Kramer. He was the BEST! The tooth was fractured at the root, so I was a little concerned, knowing it would be a more complicated extraction. He explained how he would section the tooth and remove the pieces. He made sure that I was totally numb and comfortable.

He kept me informed as to how the treatment was progressing as he proceeded. He was gentle and caring. I would absolutely recommend Dr Andrew to anyone with dental anxiety, or anyone who wants gentle and excellent Oral Surgery treatment with a little extra TLC.

Dr. Kramer and his staff were excellent while they extracted a tooth for my mother-in-law who has Alzheimer’s. They were very patient with her, explained everything both before and during the extraction, and were very reassuring and sensitive to her needs. It could have not gone better.
