Detailed Introduction

Centerpoint Health Dental Clinic is a vital part of Centerpoint Health, an organization classified as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). This designation signifies their commitment to offering comprehensive, high-quality, and accessible healthcare services, regardless of a patient's ability to pay. Located at 333 Conover Dr # D, Franklin, OH 45005, the dental clinic serves the local community in Southwest Ohio, alongside other Centerpoint Health locations in Middletown and Norwood. The clinic provides a wide array of dental services, encompassing preventative care such as cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments, as well as basic restorative procedures like fillings, and extractions. Beyond these core services, Centerpoint Health emphasizes patient education, empowering individuals to take an active role in their oral health. As an FQHC, they are dedicated to serving underserved populations, offering services on a sliding fee scale to ensure affordability. Centerpoint Health's broader mission is to improve the physical, social, and mental health of adults, children, and families in the communities they serve. This integrated approach to healthcare means that the dental clinic operates within a larger network that also provides primary medical care, integrated behavioral health services, pharmacy services, and outreach programs. They are committed to continuous improvement in quality of care and patient experience, adhering to infection control recommendations from organizations like the ADA, CDC, and OSHA to ensure patient and staff safety. Centerpoint Health also offers mobile dental services, further expanding their reach to schools and community organizations. Patients can easily schedule appointments via phone or their website, and new patient resources are available online to streamline the intake process.

lady on the phone was extremely rude and essentially told me they wont take me because I am not a patient already. I am VERY limited on options because this is a worker’s comp situation where I was injured at work and this was the provider they said I would need to go through.

They were decent but I spoke with someone yesterday and found out that they have shut down/closed indefinitely. The Middletown dentist never even started, so anyone on caresource that sees Center Point don't bother calling.

HORRRRRRRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had a appointment made for my 5 year old and my one year old for 8 months , I scheduled September 26 and they waited until the DAY BEFORE my appointment to call me and tell me they were not taking any new patients. When I have been waiting for MONTHS with an appointment.

The day before is so disrespectful when I have been waiting for 8 months LITERALLY more than half of a year. Since the beginning of the school year

The doctors office is great, but the dentist portion is absolutely selfish. I've had a new patient dental appointment with them for almost a year. Their dentist decided to leave the location for whatever reason but the new dentist doesnt want to pick up where the old dentist left off? If your going to take over someone else job you should be qualified enough to keep all of the appointments, not cancel on your patients 2 weeks before hand. Like I said I've been waiting for almost a year just for a new patient appointment.

I haven't been to the dentist is almost 10 years. So unprofessional.
